Holiday Cheer AND Half Birthday Celebration!

I just had to share this one...AWWWWWW...Love them :) Doesn't Jagger look really big there :(

Ella had her 1/2 birthday celebration at school on Monday. We took brownies (her choice) and watched them talk about her and sing to her. She was lots of fun to watch and she really enjoyed getting the attention ;)

This is the circle of months and the candle in the middle is the sun. They had her stand up and walk in a circle each time they told a story about her until she had been around 4 and a 1/2 times.

All of Gracie's concert pics are blurry but I was hoping you could still see her pretty hair. We got haircuts the same day so her lady curled her hair. It was really cute and she really liked it a lot. She tried to not wash her hair for days..... :) I told her I would try really hard to do it the same way with nice clean hair and that she might start to stink if she waited any longer to shower...She agreed!

Holiday Cheer

My pics didn't pop up in order so we will start with the last one first :) This is the "finished" gingerbread house.....Yep, your impressed aren't you?! The girls were not happy when we got home and there was only one house. I thought (silly me) that we could decorate one together as a family. I was wrong. And since there was only one house they would not let me follow instructions on setting the house up before decorating.....

This should have been the first pic. That was you could tell by the look on Gracie's face on how this project was going...I think she helped her sister for about 20 seconds and then said forget it. Oh well - we attempted and failed this year. Maybe next? Or maybe it was just such a mess that we will move on to gingerbread men?

Jagger really loves to stand at the TV when the girls are playing Wii...it stresses me out so I am always moving him so that he does not damage his eyes or brain cells....

This is for the grandmas who know how much Ella loves to cook! She was so excited to see these at the store...So far she has made eggs with them ;)

Halloween is not over for Ella Bella Kay Ward.... Don't mind the lunchable all over her.....but check out the green teeth that will be a part of our family until she is 18.

I'm going to have to look for a pic of Gracie - she isn't big on pictures...still :( Her class pics turned out cute so I might try scanning those. We did get family pics taken by our friend Kelly.... and those will be on our xmas cards!!! Hope everyone is ready for the holidays!

Itsy Bitsy Crawler

Just wanted to share this little video of Jaggy Boy crawling......His sisters have a really BIG job ahead of them, making sure all their "little" objects are picked up and in their room :) For those of you who know what silly bands are ...UGHHH

I really thought I would have been posting more on the blog but time is really going by fast! Staying home is going really great...it's more relaxing in the Ward house these days!!! I hope Justin would say the same?!?!?!? ;)

Jagger 6 mos

Jagger is having lots of fun at 6 months!!! He likes to sit and play when his sisters are not fighting over him. He also likes his baby food with his favorite being squash and pears. He is SO close to crawling, if he only knew how close the battle would be over :) Today is my second day at being a stay at home mom ~ all thanks fo my wonderful husband!! I'm thinking some days might be harder than others but this morning I had my first morning with just Jagger and it was priceless! What a treat! Our nights are much easier and relaxing now that we don't have to get a million things done before the next day! Gracie LOVES riding the bus home after school. It's my favorite ....watching her run down the yard after they drop her off! Ella thinks it is stinking cool that she gets to come home after school. She has already helped me give Jagger a bath today. She thought it would be helpful to get into the tub and put as much shampoo into her hair as possible.....I couldn't really get mad for two reasons 1. She's so dang cute 2. I have time now to let her be silly. The kids are all growing so fast so I am VERY thankful to be able to slow down and enjoy it for a while. Hope everyone is doing well!

Ella's first day of preschool!

Ella is so happy!! She said she has met lots of friends (she just can't remember their names) Ha!! I think school might be really good for Ella Bella :)

Jagger 5mos

I believe this summer has been the fastest summer yet....Jagger is 5 mos, Gracie is in 2nd grade
and Ella is starting preschool next week. We are having a great time but it needs to slow down just a tad. The girls still love their brother but I'm not sure how he feels about them sometimes ;) I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to let him beat on them a little when he's older....he really deserves to pay them back somehow! I will post again soon with Ella's school pics...she is super excited. I wonder how long it will take for us to get a call from her teacher?!?!? I think I will make sure that Justin's cell is the first one on the list...he he he!!!

Bennett Spring - July 2010

We went on our annual trip to Bennett Spring this year. It was as much fun as it always is and the kids have a blast! This is the first of many "catch" up posts coming....I'm not sure where the summer has gone?!?!?

4th of july weekend

We have already had all of our "4th fun" so it's pizza and movie night for us! We went to this great little water area called Pillsbury Crossing and had some people over on the 3rd. The kids really wanted to go the carnival that Wamego has each year but it has been raining all day. Three inches to be exact. I hope everyone has enjoyed their holiday!

Ella's 4 ~ Pics of her birthday weekend.....

WOW what a weekend!! Our little Ella Bella is 4!! We went swimming at our friends house, Grandma Kathy came out, went to see Toy Story 3 and celebrated at Chuck E Cheese. The Meldrems came out on Sunday along with Grandma & Grandpa Ward.....it was a crazy but fun weekend! Here are some pics .... AND just so you know....that Jessie costume posted above...Ella wore it to the movies and she was a HIT!

Wow! What a simple fix to be able to write on the blog again. I can't imagine the things I'd be able to figure out if I could only get a full nights rest. The kids have jumped right into summer ~ we have been having a lot of fun with our first week out of school! We had back to back weekends to Missouri and a trip to Iowa coming next weekend. Gracie has lots of plans that I hope we can keep up with such as trips to the library at her school and having friends over. Ella just wants to be where the rest of us are and Jagger is just along for the ride whether he wants to be or not ;) We will post new pics soon. Jagger has really started smiling and talking (baby talk) so I'm sure we will just have to share a video or pic soon!
