WOWZA

 Well - this is the best I got as far as group photo goes ;) Halloween was a blast as usual!

 Gracie is realy loving this cheerleader costume - She looks pretty stinking cute!

VOLEYBALL!!! I have really enjoyed watcing Gracie play this year! She loves playing!!! It is so much fun and the girls are growing so much! I hope that she wants to play all through school! We are so glad that our school starts them this young!

Fall has been going so fast for us. LOTS going on with school and it seems that we have been running in different directions! There is always something going on at our house......

busted bubby

This kid is into everything. I would rather him pull my flowers out of the pot then to mess with daddy o's new tv though ;) But, COME ON little man - this poor little pot is like the last of my living flowers (in pots) I mean couldn't he have left them alone until they die in like a month? We are really working on this NO thing - and so far it isn't working...hmmm he's the third kid...shouldn't we have this down by now????????

Haircuts and pony rides

Well...we found a horse in the park, had our last playdate with BFF Lilli and Jagger had his first haircut...The fun of FALL :) We got really lucky that we showed up at the right park that day - there are tons of parks between Wamego and Manhattan ~ it was a great surprise!!

Lilli is Ella's best friend from preschool and her family is moving out of state. These girls are like two peas in a pod if you can believe there is another one out there (almost) like Ella! We are sad to see them go. We have enjoyed their family and our playdates!

I went back and fourth on getting Jagger's hair cut....I do like it but it does make him look a tad more grown up which is hard for me.

My babies minus one...

Justin and the little gals went to a tailgate party before one of the Kstate games. They have a lot of fun running around and eating ;) Jagger and I stayed home this time but we will all go soon. This is one of the fun perks of living in Manhattan. These people are crazy over their wildcats.  

Jagger's Day (17mos)

So now that the girls are busy - Jagger is getting MUCH more time for boy things such as exploring & getting dirty:) I didn't have to take him in a stroller & we were not looking for Ella the whole time. This trip to the park was all about Jagger!!!

He really loves anything with wheels - he also liked the tractor behind him - sorry I can't get this pic to flip :(

Oh yeah - HAVE to take a drink - right?!?!? He was so wet after this that he had to ride home naked!!! He had a BLAST!

He thought about this one a couple of times before he actually went. He did it on his belly with feet first & loved it :)

I did have a hard time keeping him from throwing rocks ....I'm guessing it might take a while with boys anyway...right? Isn't that the normal boy thing to do :) I'm sure a few more trips this fall & he will figure it out!

OH MY ~ Where did the summer go?!?!? I know I have pics to share but I'm going to have to skip ahead and let you share in the first day of school with us! First of all ~ ELLA BELLA KAY WARD is in KINDERGARTEN (tear) and GRACIE GIRL is in 3rd grade (tear again!)?? This is just crazy!!! They had a great first morning. I did notice several different facial expressions with Ella: pure excitement, curiosity, and just that silly look she has all the time. I am so sad that I didn't get a pic with her and her teacher - I just had all of my own emotions going on and forgot! I did not cry (some of you might not be shocked) but I SO wish I was there watching thru a little window right now! Gracie was really cute sitting at her table. She picked the "gold" colored table for MU to make her daddy proud. Gracie is a different girl at school - I wonder if Ella will be too??? I guess time will tell and as long as the phone isn't ringing then the principal isn't calling - right?!? :)

Softball is over :(

Well I'm not sure who is more upset about softball being over, Me or Graice?!? Hmm...all though it is now HOT enough that it is kind of a blessing :) I am so happy that she had fun. I can't believe how fast this summer is going. I'm sure most of you feel the same way but if it could just slow down a tad that would be great ;)

Ok so as you know from previous posts Gracie does not like her picture taken. With that being said, this is the best I could do. She let me snap a few very quick shots. She is LOVING softball and she is doing pretty well with it! We are having tons of fun going to her games and rooting her on :) Now when it get's hot I'm not sure I can promise that we will all feel the same way...we shall see!

Summer Lovin'

Ella had a BLAST with preschool. I will never again wonder if one of my kids "HAS" to attend or not. It has always been a wonderful experience and the kids just LOVE it. Besides the fact that Ella met her two best friends there :)

Ella is growing sunflowers!!!!!!! They are much larger now and I'll have to get a more current pic up soon! She has been having a lot of fun planting the seeds and watering them. I can't wait until they bloom...her face is going to be priceless!

Jagger's fort was a lot of fun. All though he did knock it down several times...we are still trying to come up with an awesome one! We do use one that Grandma made - it goes over a folding table and it is the coolest..I'll post pics soon!

My next post will catch you up on Gracie...I have to be careful when I post things of/about her because she does not like it at all!!! If she sees her name or a pic of her she tends to be upset....I am not sure what all of that is about but I told her she would wonder what she did and who she lived with between the ages of 6-8 since she won't let me take many photo :(

Gracie Girl is 8

For Gracie's birthday we took her along with Ella and one friend to a beauty school for mani's, pedi's and a hairstyle....They loved it :) After they were done we took the girls out to eat at Olive Garden (Gracie's choice) Gracie did not want me taking photos :( so I only have a few....Later that day she had a school carnival and had two other friends stay the night! It was a big day of celebrating!!! I was very surprised at how well Ella set through everything! Gracie and her friend Brook could get pampered like this every weekend ;) I can't believe that she is really 8 years old - I'm so proud of her!! I think she takes after her dad with her sassy'ness and her ability to not listen well...HA!!! Just kidding honey :) :) From what I hear it's pretty normal?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Just Playing

Jagger and I were just playing on the floor. He loves his bday chair :) He also likes to play hide n seek a lot! I'll work with him before he plays with his sisters ...as you can see he didn't get his body hidden very well :) :) ...he is pretty darn cute!

Justin's bday and other photos :)

This is kinda a silly pic but it's the only one with all of us...Justin and I went to dinner (thanks to Aunt Mae Mae watching the kids) when we got home we did the whole singing & lighting candles. I think he had a great time - dinner was YUMMY :)

We have had such a blast being outside and in swim gear!!!!! The kids have been going on walks with me and riding bikes and scooters a TON!

Jagger, Ella and I went on a playdate with some of Ella's little friends. We met at the park and had a lot of fun! Ella is the one who talks the kids into doing things that they might not if she weren't there....this should be great in highschool....When a parent calls I'm handing the phone over to Justin.

Look at how pretty she looks on the way to the park. NOTE: I was not driving...we were still in the driveway ;) I know that they are MY children but dang they are stinkin' cute!!!!!

Jagger's 1 !!!

It's no question that this 1 year old likes the cake. He had NO problem getting messy and eating this big pile of sugar. He's still awake and it's about an hour past his bedtime.....hmmm....

The girls really enjoyed singing to Jagger and reminding him all day that it's his bday! Ella just figured out that he is really 1 and that it's the same as 12mos and boy did that take about 5 million questions and answers to get through to her little precious brain! And she is soooo excited that he is 1 now :)

Jagger's new chair :) I might love it more than he does! Ella loves sitting in it and watching tv so I know that it will be used just fine and that Jagger will do the same soon!

Big boy walks all over now and doesn't even need anything to help him stand! He's really good at it and enjoys walking all over the house! What a year - and how it went by so fast I will never understand. I am so thankful for having the last 5-6 months at home with them! It has really been the best thing ever!!!! I wouldn't know how to make up for all the kisses and hugs I have stolen if I had been at work. Thank you hubs ;) What a great little family that god has blessed us with!!!!!
